Sending Files to Pohlig Brothers LLC:

Pohlig Bros. LLC has a PC and MACINTOSH based electronic pre-press department.

• HARDCOPY OR PDF: All jobs submitted for output should be accompanied by a hardcopy printout or PDF of the file, and should be clearly marked for size and color break.

• DISK REQUIREMENTS: Files may be supplied on CD, DVD OR FTP upon
request. Please include a printout of the disk contents and indicate which specific files to output.

• APPLICATIONS SUPPORTED: Documents should be created in Adobe
Creative Suite 5, which includes: Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign. PDF’s
saved hi-res with outlined text is preferred. No compression. We can also accept:

• EPS files from other publishing applications.
• FILE PREP CHECKLIST
• Fonts converted to Outlines.
• All images saved as CMYK tiff or EPS
• Fonts included if not outlined U
• All images placed included
• No compression
• PDF included for QA Check
• Dieline on separate layer
• Extra colors removed
• Printouts supplied
• 1/8” bleeds where needed
• No fonts smaller than .007”
• Ink color on legend in file
